I always like doing new things every day, learning, helping people, and I’m happy that I can do all these things from the last 15 years in the Information Technology field. It is a long story how IT choose me, and I can tell you all about it at a cup of tea someday.
In the last few years I have been helping businesses and IT administrators upgrading their networks, building solutions for better management, implementing security and other great projects that keep me up at night.

Virtualization
The technology that should exist in every business since it helps you achieve a better server efficiency, reduce hardware costs and energy, but at the same time helps you increase server's management and availability.
Cloud
Outsourcing your services into the cloud does not mean that administration is not necessary anymore. You still need backups, monitoring and maintenance of your cloud services.
Security
Something not to ignore. Starting from digital certificates (PKI/ADCS), properly patching the systems, intrusion prevention/detection and other security services need to be properly put in place and maintain in order to have a secure and healthy running business.
Networking
Without networking there is no communication. It starts from the design step then mounting the cables and racks and continuing with the switches and firewalls configurations.
Wireless
Having the freedom to continue your work/business not just inside your office but anywhere in the site(s) can be accomplished with a well designed and well implemented wireless infrastructure.
Even if you already have an email service running, it needs to be properly maintained and monitored because it is the backbone of your business.
Data Protection
In today's age no business should run without a properly implemented backup solution because your data cloud be at risk not just from hardware failures but also from software attacks, like ransomware and viruses.
Software Deployments
Deploying/Upgrading software and Operating Systems in a business environment without disturbing the users and using little effort and time it's a challenge. This is why I use professional tools to make everything transparent from the user side of things.
On-site/Remote Support
Periodic visits to client's site(s) are great because I not only meet the people calling me for support, but I also see how they work and what they are missing. This way I can create a better service.

Adrian helped us design, and has built and administered our newly virtualized datacenter over the last three years. It’s great to have the confidence that if we have a problem, Adrian will always react promptly to solve issues for us and often for our customers too. This is a relationship that has worked well for several years and we’re happy to have him as a part of our team.
I have been collaborating with Adrian for many years and I can always count on him to implement new technologies, automate repetitive tasks, but also troubleshoot my VMware/Dell VxRail and Active Directory IT infrastructure.
